All numbers not reserved after numbers have opened for the next racing season by Dec 31 midnight are available on a first come first serve basis. You MUST use your number. If you do not use your number then you may request a one year waiver in writing to the NARRC Committee; otherwise such numbers are back into the pool on a first come first serve basis.
